Line Cook:
Hours:
Wednesday - Sunday: 7:30a - 3:30p
Primary responsibilities include preparing sandwiches to order, executing assigned related prep tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Additional responsibilities include:
- Communication with Team Members
- Communication with Kitchen Manager regarding stock/work flow/etc.
- Prep for Soups and Specials
- Taking Direction from Kitchen Manager on other tas
- Assisting in Opening and/or Closing Procedures and Daily Sidework
- Maintaining an organized and clean work space

Our bakery relies heavily on a strong foundation of teamwork and communication. Over the last 18 months we have settled into our new expanded kitchen where most of our pastry production happens, during this expansion our team has grown and therefore organization and communication has become more important than ever. We are looking for someone that is a strong communicator.
Compensation: $14-$16/hr, based on experience

Counter Host/Barista:
Hours:
Full and Part time Available - variable hours
Primary responsibilities include assisting walk in and pre-order customers as the flow of service dictates. Barista experience is a plus, but not required.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Stocking/Bagging
- Cash Handling
- Espresso, Coffee, and Tea Prep
- Assisting in Opening and/or Closing Procedures and Daily Sidework
- Maintaining an organized and clean work space
